He has been working in the intellectual property industry since 1993 and has extensive expertise in various aspects of intellectual property law and business including patent, design, and trademark prosecution, invalidation, and litigation, trade secrets protection and litigation, technology licensing and transfer, enterprise intellectual property strategies across national and international jurisdictions. He is very experienced in patent cases in technical areas of computer software and hardware, electronics, telecommunication, semiconductor, image processing, display and lighting, mechanics, automation. His experience prosecuting and litigating patents, handling negotiations and technology transfers to settle patent litigation matters, joint ventures and other business transactions, has enabled him to protect and capitalize on LG group’s intellectual property.
