于2016年加入雀巢公司，目前担任雀巢大中华区资深法律顾问，统筹管理雀巢在中国大陆的诉讼仲裁事务，涵盖民商事争议及劳动争议领域。除诉讼仲裁外，为雀巢集团不同业务部门提供日常法律支持（例如人力资源合规、奶品、宠物食品、集团事务等），对快消领域的商业模式和行业趋势有深入了解

加入雀巢公司前，任职于北京市朝阳区人民法院，从事商事审判工作多年。

She joined Nestléin 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Legal Counsel for NestléGreater China Region, handling litigation and arbitration in mainland China, including civil, commercial, and labor disputes. In addition to litigation and arbitration, she also provides daily legal support to various business units within the Nestlé, such as HR Compliance, Dairy, NPP, and Corporate Affairs, etc. and has an in-depth understanding of business models and industry trends in FMCG.

Before joining Nestlé, she worked at Chaoyang District Court in Beijing, where she engaged in hearing the commercial disputes for years.
